NCBI trains people of various backgrounds, ages and professions to reduce prejudice and discrimination, promote integration and resolve conflicts.

Open for everyone. NCBI has a lot of experience working with companies, NGO authorities, volunteers/volunteers and schools, among others.
Kursleitung / Ansprechperson
NCBI means “National Coalition Building Institute,” which can be translated as Brückenbauer-Institut.” We build bridges where people or groups are considered foreign or hostile. NCBI Switzerland is an association that is politically and denominationally neutral, based in Thalwil ZH. NCBI is tax-exempt and sees itself as an NGO. In Switzerland, NCBI has a network of over 100 trainers with different profiles and specializations, who can be deployed depending on the topic and composition of a client. NCBI Switzerland is organized in 7 local sections, one of them in Romandie.
Kursziele / Lernziele

NCBI has 25 years of experience teaching courses on prejudice/racism/integration/conflict resolution in Switzerland. The methodology with which NCBI works is variable, the duration of the course and the learning objectives are adapted to the needs of the group.
