The workshops on intersectionality and diversity include theoretical foundations, exercises for self-reflection and anti-bias methods to reduce prejudices. The empowerment workshops are particularly adapted to the needs of participants and, in addition to self-reflection, also include creative exercises and (role) games. ConsultingI support organizational processes that aim to deal with diversity in a non-discriminatory and reflective manner. and process-oriented communication with the lead authority and the development of a participatory strategy. The latter includes suggestions for tools and methods, including for further monitoring of progress. ModerationI am happy to moderate group discussions about intersectionality and diversity, gender, anti-black racism and (anti) racism. If the discussion participants have no or little previous knowledge of these topics, short explanatory blocks are inserted to protect everyone involved. The talks can be conducted in Swiss German/German, English and Spanish.
