The basic idea is to use the theatre method to show racism, discrimination and racial discrimination or non-compliance with human dignity in the area of social work/administrations. Theatre creation form:CH or solo project Bettina Zimmermann (protagonist of the play Form) are identical in content. The theatrical performance by Formul:ch or Bettina Zimmermann is intended to emotionally touch the audience in a first part. This is used as an opportunity to address racial discrimination in greater depth. In the second part — in the so-called laboratory — participants are invited to critically look at their behavior patterns and identify discriminatory mechanisms in their own work environment. The play Formular:ch /Bettina Zimmermann was developed from direct practical experience and works with the elements of acting as well as with the voices of people who had to flee to Switzerland and which can be heard in audio recordings. “I was very happy and happy because I had a proper ID. I haven't had a proper ID for a long time. That was N card. I was very satisfied with it, very satisfied, but then I noticed that a person with an N card had no value.” But there were also original quotes from the Swiss authorities: “If it doesn't work, then they just have to prove to me that it doesn't work.” In 2015, the play Formul:CH was premiered in Bern, in autumn 2017 it premiered in French in Lausanne, and since then the piece has been on tour of Switzerland. Formular:CH turned into the solo project Bettina Zimmermann. It also tours in both languages. Kathrin Iten and Charlotte Eicher have been offering an interactive workshop for groups following the play since 2018.

Theatre as a form of individual and collective awareness/sensitization (stimulation for reflection). The audience can recognize themselves in the scenes and thus question their own patterns of action, in particular those of white social workers/professionals (individually, in a team or in the institution).

Demonstrate unequal treatment through guidelines, laws, requirements: Legal does not mean legitimate. Demonstrating the realities of migrants dependent on social assistance (social assistance or asylum welfare). Where and how are they discriminated against in the context of Swiss authorities?

The world of social workers and their helplessness within a dependency on forms (service according to regulations) in the context of new public management and thus display their own unconscious discriminatory patterns of behavior.> Promote increased social tolerance through knowledge and knowledge competence.

Becoming aware of Swiss people's own attitudes/prejudices regarding migrants. What does it mean to be Swiss? What does it mean to be non-Swiss?
